Shapewear sizes
Shapewear is sized on the waist and hip, not the bust. Measure your natural waist at its narrowest and your hip at the fullest point, keeping the tape level and without holding your stomach in — measure how you actually stand.
| Size | Waist (in) | Waist (cm) | Hip (in) | Hip (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Medium | 27-30 | 69-76 | 36-39 | 91-99 |
| Large | 30-33 | 76-84 | 39-42 | 99-107 |
| XL | 33-36 | 84-91 | 42-45 | 107-114 |
Do not size down to get more compression. A band that is too small rolls at the edges, shows through clothes and is worn less, which is the opposite of what you bought it for.
Postpartum: measure now rather than working from a pre-pregnancy size, and expect to move down a size over the following weeks.
